Once more the start of the Autumn season. For comparison, see 2015.

We entered three boats: a mixed VIII (Dave R; Steve O; Jonathon P; William C; Eleanor P; Sarah HB; Anne R; Rachel N, coxed by Manya); a W 4x- (Meg, Lorraine, Amanda, Juliet) and our intrepid lone sculler, Keith. Hanna and Tilly were our trailering crew, and Angela support and taxiing. Weather was dry and warm but with a really quite noticeable headwind that strengthened somewhat during the day; some of the slower boats we passed on the final straight were struggling to make any progress.

The results are: Mx VIII: 6th overall in 1:44:12; W 4x-: 2.02.29 (note: the currently visible "final" results have this wrong); 1x: 2:09:02.
